How to update profile details?
- Click on ‘Account’ on the bottom navigation bar
- Select ‘Basic Information’ under ‘User Settings’
- Under the 3-dots on your name card, click ‘Edit’
- Make the required updates and click on ‘Save’
How to update notification preferences?
- Click on ‘Account’ on the bottom navigation bar
- Select ‘Notifications’ under ‘User Settings’
- Select your preferences and click on ‘Save’
How to update language and region details?
- Click on ‘Account’ on the bottom navigation bar
- Select ‘Preferences’ under ‘User Settings’
- Select ‘Language and Region’ from the horizontal tabs
- Select your preferred language and time zone as required and click ‘Save’
How to update the date/time format?
- Click on ‘Account’ on the bottom navigation bar
- Select ‘Preferences’ under ‘User Settings’
- Select ‘Date & Time Format’ from the horizontal tabs
- Select your preferred date/time format as required and click ‘Save’
How to update password?
- Click on ‘Account’ on the bottom navigation bar
- Select ‘Security’ under ‘User Settings’
- Select ‘Change Password’ from the horizontal tabs
- Enter your current password followed by the new password and click ‘Confirm’
How to restrict others from viewing personal information?
- Click on ‘Account’ on the bottom navigation bar
- Select ‘Security’ under ‘User Settings’
- Select ‘Privacy’ from the horizontal tabs
- Choose which personal information you want to restrict others from viewing
How to update email address?
- Click on ‘Account’ on the bottom navigation bar
- Select ‘Security’ under ‘User Settings’
- Select ‘Update Email Address’ from the horizontal tabs
- Enter the new email address you want to update along with your account password.
A verification email will be sent to your new email address. Once the verification is successful, you can access your Vabro account with the new email address.
