How to check the current plan details?
You can check the current plan details by clicking the user icon in the top-right corner and selecting ‘Billing’.
How to upgrade a plan?
- Click on the user icon in the top-right corner and select ‘Billing’
- Select ‘Change Plan’
- Choose the plan that fits your requirement
How to check billing history and download invoices?
- Click on the user icon in the top-right corner and select ‘Billing’
- You can find your past billing details and download invoices under the 'Billing History' section
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via all major Credit Cards and PayPal.
How to check storage information?
- Click on the user icon in the top-right corner and select ‘Admin Console’
- Click on ‘Workspace’ under Admin Console in the left menu
- Select ‘Storage’ from the horizontal tabs to view the storage information
What all file types are supported?
The following file types are supported in Vabro:
- Images: png, jpg, jpeg, gif
- Video: mp4, mov, avi, wmv, mpg, m4v
- Audio: mp3, flac, m4a, wav, wma, acc
- Document: pdf, txt, rtf, doc, docx, odt, pages, ppt, pptx, odp, key, keynote, xls, xlsx, ods, numbers
